I guess you all know that Daimonji is a rather steep area, but that just makes the route choices more interesting. So to spend some seconds more to check the route can save minutes on the leg. And on most ridges are paths, and in most re-entrants the runnability is really good. At least down....

In the area are some wild pigs. Do not scare them.
There are also several hikers. Do not feed them.
You might also see some snakes. Do not eat them.
Maybe most common are trees. Do not run into them.
But most important, there are a few controls. Find them.........
And after the race you might find some beers. Drink them.
